Privacy Policy

We will never sell or distribute your personal information to outside parties. We collect customer information including name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email and credit card or payment details for the sole purpose of processing and shipping your orders. This information helps us to accurately process your purchase and delivery. We do not keep credit card information on file once your order has been processed.

Terms & Conditions

All prices are in u.s. dollars, and taxes, shipping and handling charges are additional. All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, cancel all or any part of an order, and discontinue products and services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.  Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to our site or other form of notification.

While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the product you will receive a full refund. We are under no obligation to sell the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any taxes and other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, we will notify you and your order may be suspended or cancelled if you do not resolve the issue promptly. In the event that you want to change or update payment information associated with your online account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information. You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary due to promotional offers, changes to your order or changes in taxes or other charges, and you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the corresponding amount.

You may cancel your order as long as your request is made within forty-eight (48) hours of completing your purchase, provided that you have not yet received a shipment confirmation from us. In the event your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return in accordance with our return policy. 

We accept returns and issue refunds for certain products that are returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days. Note that some products are not eligible for return. No returns or custom size products or art. In the event that we issue a refund, we will credit the payment method you used to purchase the product, but note that we will not refund the original shipping fees. We may also charge return shipping and restocking fees, or you may opt to receive store credit in lieu of a refund.
