Order Status

All orders typically come with a confirmation email sent directly to the email provided at checkout. At the time your order is shipped, a second email with tracking information will also be sent to the same email, and you can track the transit status of your items in real time.

Returns

Wasn't exactly what you needed? No worries, it happens to the best of us. We've got you covered. 

If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, Live Chat or Email Us Directly. Alternatively, fill out a contact form Here within 14 days, and we'll send you instructions including a Return ID + a label to send your items back. Please include this number on the package of your return to ensure timely processing.

Return policies may vary based on items, with larger items, or items with low inventorying space possibly resulting in a small restocking fee. Live Chat or Email Us Directly for specifics.  Large and custom orders also incur return exceptions.
